Our data centre is montored via several monitoring servers. These servers check for connectivity between all servers, core services and ambient temperatures. Failures and cautions are then relayed to all appropriate engineers via SMS.

Clients can also opt for specific server monitoring which can also monitor such things as cpu, memory and disk space, again with either Email or SMS alerts.

All core services have automatic fail over redundant systems.
